Many times it is hard to judge what conditions will be based on weather reports. Often, weather reports are not accurate and we're forced to make cancelations last minute.

North, NE, East, South, and SE winds above 10mph can effect the lake conditions. Westerly winds are favorable.

We DO fish in the rain, but NOT in lightning or thunder storms.
Remember to bring rain gear, if weather calls for rain.

Air temperatures can vary 20 degrees from what they are on land. We always recommend to bring warm clothing just incase. Even in July/Aug water temps can be in the mid 40's at times, making it "cooler near the lake"
